Shipping Policy


We ship via UPS Ground for all orders within the continental United States. We presently cannot accept orders for international shipment. For shipment to Hawaii and Alaska, or for shipping services other than UPS Ground, please call our office at (804) 767-7166.

Return and Refund Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased within 30 days of our ship date, please contact us at 804-767-7166, or use the Contact form provided on this website. If the shipping date of your purchased product(s) falls outside the 30 day limit, our return and refund policy is no longer in effect. Otherwise, we will make arrangements to have the unused portion of your purchased product(s) shipped back to us at our expense. If we find your complaint to be substantiated, we will refund you the total purchase price of the returned product(s), including any sales tax and shipping charges that applied when you made the purchase.
