Carriage House Products started making cheese straws and cookies in Farmville, VA in 1996. Our recipe originates with a man named Stewart Miller. He was a terrific cook and always had his cheese straws on hand for everyone who stopped by his home, commonly called the Carriage House. Everyone throughout the area loved Stewart's cheese straws, and it is his recipe that we continue to follow today. 

The business grew, incorporated and moved to Richmond, VA in 2003. Our facility is certainly larger and more sophisticated than the home kitchen used by the founding father, but we still maintain the heart of Stewart Miller by continuing, with his recipe, to make quality, all natural snacks.
